Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, buyer’s remorse, or sizing issues.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof at info@bloomioo.com and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refund.

Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
